We're back from our New York vacation! We stayed at my sister's house in Clinton. I have to share some pictures with you that were taken by my talented brother-in-law (Hans) during our recent visit to
Beardslee Castle in
Little Falls, New York. It is said to be haunted. Visit the
Beardslee Castle's Ghost Page for more information. You can also read the
history about the castle on the website.
We decided to eat our New Year's Eve a four-course dinner at this enchanting location which included an appetizer, salad, entree, and dessert. I ate
Breaded Ravioli as my appetizer.
Chicken Caprese with a House Salad was chosen as my entree. My favorite part of the evening was obviously dessert . . . I ordered the Banana Madness! Deliciously-baked banana bread covered in a creamy bourbon sauce with sliced spiced bananas and fluffy whipped cream was served on a delicate dish.I asked Uncle Hans to snap some photos of Alyssa. Check out my favorite shots from the photo shoot visit below. Thank you Hans for taking such outstanding pictures and capturing the moment! I also want to give a shout out to my friends, Pam and Max, for the gift card that paid for this experience.
